Skylar Bowers, MSN, APRN, WHNP-BC

Skylar Bowers, MSN, APRN, WHNP-BC

Skylar earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing and is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She spent seven years in gynecology before moving into aesthetics, where she has now practiced for five.

Those years in women’s health taught her something she has never been able to set down. Women carry an extraordinary amount — roles, expectations, and a steady stream of instruction on how to be. Skylar has no interest in adding to that noise. She opened Method to do the opposite: to help women feel their best in their own skin. She has found that when a woman feels confident in her skin, she walks a little lighter through the world.

She invests heavily in advanced training — because facial anatomy is not something you learn once, and because the best aesthetic work is the work no one can name. That standard is the whole reason Method exists.

Outside the practice, Skylar and her husband, Jason, are deeply invested in their community. Above all, she is a mom to her two children.
