Microneedling
Microneedling is a series of tiny needle pricks to the skin, which recruits the immune response to stimulate collagen and elastin production. This increased collagen and elastin tightens, brightens, and clarifies the skin. Microneedling can address a wide variety of skin concerns, making it a favorite multitasking procedure for clients of all ages and skin types at Method.

Appropriate for all skin types. Specifically targets acne scarring, hyperpigmentation, visibility of pores, and fine lines and wrinkles.

Despite the name, microneedling is actually minimally uncomfortable. A topical numbing cream is applied before the procedure, and it works wonders! While you may feel some discomfort around specific areas of the face, you shouldn’t be in pain.

Expect sunburn- like redness for 1-2 days. As the redness subsides, you may experience light peeling. Use only the provided post-care products and a gentle cleanser for the first 48 hours. Apply a mineral SPF every 2 hours and avoid direct sun exposure. After 48 hours, mineral makeup may be applied. Regular home method may be resumed after 72 hours.
We recommend spacing out your Botox, Dysport, or Xeomin at least 2 weeks before or after microneedling.

While you will see improvement in skin texture and tone after one microneedling session, the most impactful changes occur after 3-4 sessions. We recommend spacing these out approximately 4 weeks apart.

Microneedling with PRF
PRF is Platelet Rich Fibrin. Your provider will draw your blood, spin it down, and draw off the fibrin layer to microneedle into the skin. This speeds the healing process and is a super effective upgrade for those wanting to target stubborn scars or pigmented spots.
