Cancellation and late policy

We reserve a space in our schedule specifically for you. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24-hour notice, you will be responsible for 50% of the booked service. If you miss your appointment without providing notice, you will be charged the full amount of booked services. Missed appointments for neuromodulators, filler, or Sculptra will be charged $100. If a monthly member service is missed or late canceled, the member will be charged $50.

We will hold your appointment for up to 15 minutes following your scheduled appointment time. If you are late, your service may be abbreviated in order for us to serve following clients in a timely manner. However, certain services—such as brows, injectables, and other time-sensitive treatments—cannot be shortened and will need to be rescheduled if you arrive more than 5 minutes late.

You may choose to move forward with the abbreviated service if possible or reschedule your appointment. In the event of rescheduling, due to end of grace period or desire to receive unabbreviated service, the cancellation policy will apply.

Payment and refund policy

Method Medspa accepts all major credit cards, Cherry, and cash. Gratuity for team members may also be sent via Venmo. Method does not accept personal checks.

All procedures at Method Medspa are nonrefundable. Products from Colorescience and ZO Skin Health may be eligible for returns or refunds.

Effective May 1,2025  a 2.99% processing fee will be applied to all credit card transactions. This fee will not apply to cash payments or debit card transactions.
